・The campaigns organized by our company have no affiliation with X Corp.
・Entries from private accounts or accounts unable to receive direct messages will be excluded from consideration for selection.
・Entries that fail to meet all or part of the application requirements by the time of product shipment will be excluded from consideration for selection.
・If an account is deleted before the announcement of winners, it will be excluded from consideration for selection.
・During the campaign, please refrain from changing your account name as it can make it challenging for us to verify it's the same account. Any changes may result in your winning status being invalidated.
・Prize is subject to change without notice.
・Entries that we deem to violate third-party intellectual property, portrait rights, other rights, or go against public order and morals will be excluded from consideration for selection.
・While multiple entries are permitted, each participant is eligible for one win only. Additionally, only one win per household or address is allowed.
・The participants are responsible for any communication-related expenses.
・Due to potential issues with communication networks or the functionality of X and its related applications, some entries may not be recognized.
・We won’t provide information to address technical issues with communication networks, X or its related applications.
・The content of the campaigns may be partially changed or canceled if deemed necessary.
・Winning rights are valid only for the actual winner and non-transferable to a third party.
・We do not accept exchanges or returns of the prize.
・Reselling of the prize is prohibited.
・We take no responsibility for any trouble arising between the participants and any third parties.
■ Prohibitions
・The participants are prohibited from engaging in the following actions. If we determine that a participant has engaged in such actions, they may be excluded from consideration for selection, and their submission may not be published or may be removed. Additionally, if these actions result in any harm or damage to us, we reserve the right to seek compensation from the participant.
・Actions that cause damage to us or any third parties, or actions that have the potential to cause damage
・Actions of fraud or duress towards us or any third parties
・Actions that violate our or any third-party intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests, or actions that have the potential to do so
・Actions that go against public order and morals or have the potential to do so
・Actions that overload the network or systems of the campaign website
・Actions that may disturb the operation of the campaign
・Actions that fraudulently access or attempt to access our network or system
・Promotional, advertising, solicitation, or sales activities on the campaign that we have not approved in advance
・Collecting information of other participants
・Actions involving false declarations or notifications, such as registering someone else’s email address
・Actions involving the use or distribution of harmful programs, such as computer viruses
・Actions that unilaterally send spam emails or newsletters
・Providing benefits to antisocial forces or similar groups
・Any other actions that violate the intent of the campaign or any regulations, or that we deem inappropriate
